Who may use Solesly
Solesly is intended for adults only. Buyers, sellers, Sparkle staff, and administrators must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use only the account surfaces and data they are authorized to access.
Platform scope
Solesly provides marketplace discovery, checkout, paid access controls, moderation, seller tools, accounting records, and structured support workflows. Solesly does not guarantee sales, earnings, rankings, buyer interest, creator advances, Sparkle Review outcomes, or Sparkle Lift approval.
Payments and access
Paid access is granted only after trusted payment confirmation. Access may be delayed, revoked, or reviewed when payment fails, a refund is approved, a dispute is opened, risk signals appear, or a policy violation is identified.
Support and communications
Support is handled through structured Sparkle tickets and platform support channels. Solesly does not provide open direct messaging between buyers and sellers, and support tickets should not include card numbers, bank credentials, raw payment secrets, or private provider payloads.
Policy updates
Solesly may update these terms before and after launch as product, payment, safety, and compliance requirements change. The last updated date on each policy page identifies the current published version.
