DMCA Policy

Copyright takedown, counter-notice, designated agent, and repeat-infringer process for Solesly content.

Last updated: May 2026

Designated agent

DMCA notices should be sent to Solesly Copyright Agent at dmca@solesly.com. Before public launch, Solesly should publish the final legal entity name, mailing address, phone number, and designated agent details here and register the same information with the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA designated agent directory.

Takedown notices

A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and where it appears on Solesly, include the complaining party contact information, include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, include a statement that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury, and include a physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

Affected sellers may submit counter-notices where permitted by law. A counter-notice should identify the removed material, provide contact information, state under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, consent to the required court jurisdiction, and include a physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringement and abuse

Solesly may restrict or terminate accounts for repeat infringement, abusive notices, abusive counter-notices, or attempts to use copyright processes to harass users. Reinstatement depends on legal requirements, risk review, and platform records.
