Allowed content
Seller content must be lawful adult content involving consenting adults and must satisfy platform review requirements before public surfacing. Listings must use preview-safe images, accurate descriptions, and buyer-facing terms that match the paid access provided.
Prohibited content
Solesly prohibits minors, non-consensual content, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, violence, bestiality, illegal acts, doxxing, impersonation, payment fraud, malware, hate or harassment content, and content that violates applicable law or payment processor rules.
18+ and records
Sellers are responsible for age, consent, and recordkeeping obligations, including 2257-style records where applicable. Sellers must be able to substantiate that all depicted people are adults who consented to the content and its sale.
Reporting and enforcement
Users may report content through support or available reporting flows. Content may be rejected, removed, hidden, held, escalated, or referred to appropriate channels when safety, consent, age, payment, copyright, or compliance concerns are identified.
