Rules for sellers operating verified storefronts, publishing preview-safe listings, receiving payouts, and following moderation requirements.
Last updated: May 2026
Seller obligations
Sellers must maintain accurate profile, verification, payout, tax, listing, and content information. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their content is lawful, consensual, adult-only, accurately described, and compliant with platform policies and payment processor rules.
No guarantees
Solesly does not guarantee sales, earnings, ranking placement, buyer interest, discovery placement, Sparkle Review outcomes, Sparkle Lift approval, or uninterrupted availability of seller tools.
Payouts and holds
Payouts require verified payout readiness, available ledger balance, minimum thresholds, supported currency and destination, and no active lockout or unresolved hold. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, adjustments, processor fees, and risk reviews may reduce or delay balances.
Moderation and removals
Rejected, risky, banned, unverified, infringing, or unapproved seller content may be hidden, held, removed, restricted from discovery, or escalated for review. Repeat or serious violations may lead to account restrictions or termination.
