What Solesly reviews
Solesly reviews payment status, access logs, purchase records, support history, seller delivery records, policy concerns, duplicate charge signals, and processor information available to the platform.
Access and seller ledger effects
Refunds, disputes, reversals, chargebacks, and confirmed payment failures may revoke content access, adjust buyer credits or subscription benefits, and reduce, hold, or reverse seller ledger balances.
No secret sharing
Support tickets should not include card numbers, payment secrets, bank credentials, one-time codes, government IDs unless specifically requested through a secure flow, or raw provider payloads.
